OUR PROCESS

WA Flood and Fire performs an intensive post death cleaning and remediation to ensure all affected areas are treated, sanitised and all odour removed and back to safe standard for occupation.

After the initial walk through and safety hazard assesment of the scene, the affected area will be secured and separated from other parts of the structure to control the affected area.

We remove all visible traces of blood and biological materials from the affected area. This is the most dangerous step of the remediation process. Items like bedding, curtains, carpets and unsealed timbers will be removed and contents will be assessed to determine if cleaning or disposal would be more viable.

Surfaces are decontaminated and sanitised using industry specific blood removal chemicals and antimicrobial disinfecting agents. Industry specific odour neutralisers are used.
